OUR HISTORY
In 1858, an enterprising individual invested $200 to start a business grinding key stops for plumbers in Philadelphia. Today, that business is known as Hajoca Corporation, with over 150 years of continuous service and a rich history of shaping plumbing advancements. Hi my name is Sal Ponce Jr., I serve as the Regional Solutions Manager for Hajoca Corporation. I reside in Friant, California with my family of 4.
Since the age of 5 I have been fetching, organizing and visiting supply houses as my father was an Electrician. Often, I was tasked with fetching and preparing the materials my father needed. In hindsight those summers working for my father forged the passion I have for inventory management.
For the last decade I have focused on Inventory Management Programs working with the largest corporations, that vary from manufacturing, food processing, government municipalities, and service and repair.
My background in lean six sigma allows me to digest supply chain processes from a lean waste perspective. Identifying non value added steps, redundancies and bottlenecks is at the core of my expertise.

My role focuses on supporting the HSG team and PCs with solutioning, testing, advanced support of Hajoca managed digital service tools and driving adoption of Service Tools across NorCal and West Nevada Region.
